India is a dedicated mum of four and the heart behind Nurtured Nests. India has always has a love and obsession with animals of all kinds. India's journey into the world of birds began when she realised there weren’t enough truly ethical, responsible breeders who prioritised the wellbeing, temperament, and long-term health of these beautiful birds. India wanted families—just like hers—to have access to birds that are raised with love, care, and the right start in life.
What began as a personal passion quickly grew into something more meaningful.

Lauren is a devoted wildlife carer with over six years of hands-on experience nurturing & rehabilitating animals of all shapes and sizes. As a proud mum of three and nan to three little adventurers, her life has always been filled with compassion.
Her passion for animals shines through in everything she does. Helping ensure our birds receive the highest standard of care, Her calm presence, experience, and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable part of the Nurtured Nests family—and a true champion for animal welfare.
At our Redland Bay Location we breed Budgies, Parrotlets & Indian Ringnecks
